Pastor Brad and his wife, Stephanie White, have a heart for people far from God. Brad is known for practical Bible teaching that meets people where they are and points them toward hope and purpose. 

As the founding pastor of LifePoint Church in Tampa, Florida, he and Stephanie planted the church in 2000 to reach people far from Jesus. What began as one church has grown into a thriving multisite movement with six campuses in the Tampa Bay area. Recently, Brad led C3 Global, a ministry of Fellowship Church, supporting pastors and church leaders in building healthier churches. 

At The Creek, he guides a church of over 1,500 people across three campuses and recently celebrated 334 baptisms. His leadership combines vision, strategy, and humility, emphasizing a faith that is lived out daily.
