join a serve team
The greatest among you will be your servant. Matthew 23:11
You were created with gifts, passions, and a purpose. Serving isn’t just something we do, it’s how we grow, connect, and leave a mark that lasts far beyond Sunday. From welcoming first-time guests to leading a serve team, every role matters and every act of service carries eternal weight. There’s a spot on The Creek’s serve teams with your name on it. Find it, fill it, and watch what God does when you show up.
Church Online Team
The Creek reaches people all around the world through our online services, and we believe those who attend virtually should be known and cared for alongside those who attend physically. Online Hosts welcome online viewers, respond to their questions, receive their prayer requests, and help them move towards their Next Yes.
Group Host
Leading a group isn’t about being perfect or being a biblical scholar. It’s about serving others by giving them a place to share life and be known. We believe groups are where we can grow in relationship with God and each other. A table leader’s goal is to create a space for people to be known, loved, cared for, and to help them move towards their Next Yes.
Guest Services Team
A warm smile, a firm handshake – these are the experiences that make a church a home. As a member of the Guest Services team you set the tone of a person’s visit by creating a welcoming, friendly, helpful environment. It’s also a great opportunity to make a ton of new friends that you’ll soon call family.
KidsCreek (Birth-Kindergarten)
Learning about God’s love starts at birth. When you hold an infant, encourage a toddler or are silly with a preschooler, you are communicating that God loves them, supports them, and wants to have fun with them. Serving in KidsCreek means teaching children that Jesus wants to be their friend forever, and that is the greatest thing any child could ever learn!
KidsCreek (1st-5th Grade)
When you say yes to serving in KidsCreek, you’re saying yes to more than filling a spot on a schedule. You’re choosing to be a trusted friend, a steady example, and a caring voice pointing kids toward Jesus. Every story you teach, every prayer you pray, every smile you share, and every small moment of encouragement helps shape how a child understands God’s love.
Media Team
Visual media is an important aspect of a person’s experience at The Creek, helping to set the tone and relay the purpose of any event or public interaction we have. The Media Team works each week to gather footage and photos to serve as the foundation for our social media posts, series bumpers, and short films.
Worship/Music Team
Our team has a passion for leading others so they can encounter God’s presence, and we see it as an honor to be a part of that life-changing experience. Our goal is to represent Jesus with four core values – Love God, Love People, Pursue Excellence, and Choose Joy. We honor the platform we’ve been entrusted with by living Godly lives and knowing the platform is a place for service and not for stardom.
Prayer Team
At The Creek Church, we believe prayer is a priority. The prayer team is made up of people who are committed to praying for our church and the needs within it and outside it. Each week they cover our services in prayer, pray with those who come forward at the altar, and spend time in prayer over requests received during the week.
